Here are some links we thought would be helpful for not only the members of Westminster to have, but any Christian who loves to sing the praises of God. These links can also be found under our 'Church Links' section of this blog so you can share them with family and friends.

Singing is a very important element our worship. At Westminster, we utilize several resources as aids for worshipping our Lord and Savior. Each week, the hymns selected for Sunday's use will be posted on this blog. If you are unfamiliar with the words or tune, make sure to click on the hymn, where you'll be able to view the words (in many cases) and listen to the tune.

This can also be a tool you can use in privet or family worship as you train yourself and teach your children to have a love for singing the praises of our God!

The Holidays Are Coming...

A lot of traveling occurs around this time of year and as folks travel across town or across the Nation to be with loved ones and "Home for the Holidays." If you or some one you know is traveling over the Lord's Day and you don't know of a good Church in the area this may be a good resource for you, your family, or friends.

The National Center for Family~Integrated Churches

Puts together a list of Churches who sign a Statement of faith of like minded beliefs and seeks to provide a network of Churches for those who may be traveling or moving to a new area. You can search by State for a Church or Family. They also provide various info on each Church, form of Government, Worship, Statements of Faith, Number of Families, etc. It is a useful resource that may prove helpful to you.
