We were very blessed to have Pastor Stanfield come down from Georgia this past February to teach, visit, instruct, and induct a new member into the Church body.  Welcome Kenneth (Ken) B.!!!  It was a great time of blessing and fellowship and we look forward to being able to host Pastor Stanfield down in Texas again soon!

Evangelist Vist #1 ~November 2009

Each quarter of the year a different member of Presbytery, as of October 12th, 2009, will come down to Corpus Christi to teach, visit with the families, and check on the status of this Church plant. This past November we were exceedingly blessed to have Pastor Jeff Black come down from Virginia. Upon his arrival on Friday night we held a large Texas style Bar-B-Que over that the M.'s house! To which all the Church was invited.

The Next day some of the families escorted Pastor Black up to San Antonio to visit the Alamo and the River Walk

Saying Good Bye to the Otis Family

Pastor John Otis, and his family, were recently called to a new Church in Burlington, North Carolina. John Otis had been the Evangelist to Corpus Christi for over 15 years nearly 5 of which were spent living in Texas. His ministry was a blessing to this Church and we wish him the fullness of God's grace as he begins his work in Burlington.

Since the Otis relocated the 1st of September we threw a going away party, TEXAS style, for them the end of August. Here are some of the pictures from the event.
